At Classy N Sassy Creations, I respect the information you share with me as personal and confidential. Any information I collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order and payment. I will not share or sell any of your information to others.



Size and Fit of Items

If you have any questions about the sizing of an item, please contact me before purchase as I want to make sure everything will be perfect when it arrives to you. I will be more than happy to answer any and all questions. Remember, when ordering lengths/sizes in necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc, if you have any questions, please contact me First to make sure your items will fit!!

Color/s & Availability of Items
If you have any questions about the color/s of an item, please contact me before purchase as I want to make sure everything is perfect when it arrives to you. Please understand that different monitors exhibit colors differently, but I do my best to provide you with a detailed and accurate description as well as pictures.
Also, many custom hand made jewelry is one of a kind!!! This is why it is so unique. I will do my best to recreate a similar version of any piece you are interested in, but this also depends on the availability of the beads. No two pieces should ever be identical as no two beads are ever truly identical! :]

SHIPPING POLICY:
Items are shipped via US Postal Services unless noted. If items are in stock, they are generally shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. If any item/s are unavailable or on back order, customer will be notified immediately! An example of when this might occur would if I were to sell the item at a show and did not have time to take it off my website. Again, the customer will be notified immediately if item is not available for prompt shipping. The customer will not be billed until the item is in stock. 

Classy N Sassy Creations ships in the United States only. Orders will not be shipped over weekends or on holidays. However, if you have a special circumstance, please contact me via email and hopefully we can work something out!! :]

Using the US Postal Services, packages are usually delivered within 2-3 days of being shipped (depending on destination). Classy N Sassy Creations cannot, however, guarantee arrival times. When order is shipped, customer will receive an email with their order’s tracking information. As a customer, please make sure the email you provide is valid. 

If your order is time sensitive, please contact me (Brittany) via email at classyNsassyCreations@hotmail.com for further information and price quotes. Please do this PRIOR to placing your order. If order is placed prior to contacting me about a time sensitive case, I cannot guarantee package will arrive in time. 

All orders leave Classy N Sassy Creations in perfect condition and are packaged with care using appropriate protective measures. Thus, Classy N Sassy Creations is NOT responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. Once the order leaves my hands, I have no control over it. If an order arrives damaged, please contact me via email for the appropriate paper work to file with your local USPS branch. 

Classy N Sassy Creations is not responsible for orders that are shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Classy N Sassy Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Please double and triple check your address (along with any and all other information you provide Classy N Sassy Creations), because if there are any fees due to incorrect shipping addresses they are the customer’s responsibility. I’m sorry, but Classy N Sassy Creations does not ship to P.O. Boxes; you must have a valid street address. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from Classy N Sassy Creations you may return it for an exchange or store credit only. I want my customers happy!! If you are happy, then I am happy! Please feel free to email me with any questions or concerns about your order or merchandise. Sale items and Custom orders are non-exchangable/returnable, however. All sales are final on sale and custom items.

To begin the process, please contact Brittany via email at classyNsassyCreations@hotmail.com if you feel you need to exchange any merchandise.  Remember, there are no Returns, only exchanges. In the case of an exchange, you must email me within 5 (five) days after order is shipped. I note every shipping date whenever I send a package. Please include your order number in the subject box and a brief description of what is wrong with your merchandise or why you want to exchange it. You will be given an Exchange Authorization (EA) number if your exchange is deemed valid. You must have an EA number for a exchange to be valid. Please write the EA number on the top of your invoice and also on the outside of your package. Exchanges must be authorized and postmarked no later than 10 (ten) days after original date of shipment from Classy N Sassy Creations. All items must be in original condition. All items must be unworn and must still have original tags on them. Please include your invoice (with EA number) with the merchandise being exchanged. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

AT CLASSY N SASSY CREATIONS, CUSTOM ORDERS AND SALE MERCHANDISE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGABLE.

Classy N Sassy Creations is not responsible for items lost in shipping and cannot issue a refund for lost items.
